This ministry enables our church family to learn more about other ministries on a local, regional, or worldwide basis.
The Outreach Team heads this up and will present a new organization to the congregation each month. Any additional ideas or suggestions are always welcomed.
Our goals for each month will be to:
- Learn more about each ministry
- Pray for that ministry
- Consider offering our gifts of time or financial resources.
We hope to accomplish this through a combination of printed material and presentations made during Worship or the Adult Forum.
February 2006 - This month's organization is the East Valley Lutheran Thrift Shop in Mesa. Look to be learning more about it during February.
March 2006 - This month’s organization is the Sunshine Acres Children’s Home in Mesa. Look to be learning more about it during March.
April 2006 - The organization which will be featured in the month of April is Lutheran Social Ministries of the Southwest .
